Abigail Spencer

Abigail Leigh Spencer, born on August 4, 1981, is an American actor. She's best known for the roles she appeared in the film Cowboys & Aliens. The Haunting in Connecticut 2 Ghosts of Georgia Oz the Great and Powerful The Great and Powerful, This Is Where I Leave You. Amantha is the lead in Rectify which is a Sundance Channel Drama Series. Abigail Leigh Spencer has worked on television and film. The actress gained acclaim for her role in the drama show Rectify along with the sci-fi series Timeless. The native of Gulf Breeze Her first role was in soap opera All My Children. To honor her performance, she won the Soap Opera Digest Award as an Outstanding Female Newcomer. Following that she mostly played guest parts on various television series. In the series Hawthorne the actress was widely praised for playing the role of Dr. Erin Jameson. Her gorgeous looks and stunning appearance, along with her incredible acting ability helped to slowly grow the number of fans. Her first film appearance was about twenty when she played her role in Campfire Stones. The actress has also been featured as a character in Jekyll This Means War, Chasing Mavericks and various other movies. In the film Beautiful Now, she was nominated for the Madrid International Film Festival Award. Her most recent work in TV has been in the leading character of the history professor Lucy Preston in the sci-fi TV show Timeless. Spencer was praised from critics regarding her character in the sci-fi TV series Timeless. The actress was also nominated for an award called the Teen Choice Award.
